TV Licence required artwork to communicate an internal competition to encourage and incentivise their staff to submit income generating ideas. The competition ran for 2 consecutive years and included posters, mailers and a powerpoint template. The look and feel needed to be light-hearted and humorous to get staff excited to participate.
